Perhaps any health concious tourist, who is looking to meet new people and learn more about NY and its history from a local resident, in an eco-friendly way. Being in a strange city, might also feel safer jogging and snapping photo's in a small groups, rather than alone. New York has tons of great scenic places to jog and take pictures.
